Shipping Details
All MoodyLab packages are shipped automatically to the address you provide during membership registration. You don’t need to do anything after subscribing — we are committed to ensuring that your packages are delivered on time each month directly to your door via Posti.
Shipping costs are calculated based on your submitted address at the time of registration. If you change your address, please update it in your profile and send us an address change request immediately. This helps us avoid delays and ensures your packages are sent to the correct location.
Packaging Details
Every package you receive includes our handcrafted MoodyLab items, along with repackaging boxes and originality cards. These originality cards must be included in every product box when reselling to your customers, as they confirm the authenticity of MoodyLab items.
Repackaging boxes are shipped unassembled. You’ll need to fold and prepare the boxes, add the product, and place the originality card inside before delivering them to your buyers.
If you receive a box with missing or incorrect items based on your membership plan, do not modify anything in the package. Please return it to us, and we will send you a corrected box as soon as possible.
Keep in mind that all monthly shipments are sent as mystery boxes, which means you’ll receive a mix of different MoodyLab designs each month. Some boxes may also include promo codes or special gift items.
